Overview

In a parallel world, one young girl begins a journey through different worlds … and sparks a controversy in this world because of what her story says about God and the Church.

The first movie adaptation of British author Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials trilogy, The Golden Compass sets the groundwork for a fantasy epic about a young girl who searches for truth and battles the church-like organization that dominates her world.
