Overview
Those who are depressed know something is wrong. They are not thinking clearly. They’re not doing their work. They know friends and family worry about them. But they don’t believe things will ever get better. They feel totally alone.
But the Bible shows us that we are not alone. Some of the greatest heroes of our faith battled deep depression. Among these are Elijah and Jeremiah. We will explore how to pray for depressed people, how Elijah and Jeremiah dealt with depression, and how to help someone find purpose in the midst of depression.
