Overview

This is a dangerous time for missionaries. The arrest and trial of Heather Mercer and Dayna Curry, American Christian aid workers in Afghanistan, reminded us that taking the gospel to some countries is risky. In the study based on the articles by CT associate editor Jeff M. Sellers, we will consider the stories of some Christian aid workers and the families they leave behind. And we will look at biblical examples of missionary risk-takers.
